Auburn was phenomenal! We had a recent hail Storm and he handled the entire insurance process to get a new roof paid in full. The work crew did an excellent job installing and the cleanup was immaculate! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of town and countries crew. They found a leak around my chimney and immediately notied me of the problem instead of just roofing over it. They worked hard and cleaned everything up before they left. William Morelock helped walk me thru the insurance process. I have been told that my insurance company is difficult to get claims processed but he managed to get it processed. Thank you for the excellent job that was done.

Sharing our experience with Town & Country Roofing and Chris who we worked with. 3 years ago there were storms in my area that caused damage to many roofs. Literally every home around us got insurance approved roof replacement except us. Chris worked with us and insurance however our insurance company denied the claim and quoted less than $1k of damage where the home behind us was built at the exact same time as ours and their roof was replaced by their insurance. I watched Town & Country replace shingles and gutters on many homes around me and have spoken to many of the home owners and all were extremely pleased with how Chris managed all aspects of the project. I kept Chris's contact details because of how happy my neighbors were. Fast forward 3 years we had more storms in our area last March and we called Chris again and our insurance company to have them all come out and have another look. Chris was so helpful in working with us and insurance to the point that we had 2 different insurance approved roof inspectors come out and estimate the damage. Chris helped us along the way with managing insurance communications, multiple payouts, etc. and offered us (what I considered a small cost) upgrade to class 4 shingles which are rated at 2" hail and 160 MPH winds. We instantly saw the value of this upgrade which he explained would be much better quality and will save us in insurance premium. On to the job itself, Chris and his crews were professional, respectful to us and our property, and super efficient. We are shocked at how quickly and professionally they performed all of the repairs including upgrades to roof venting and upgrades to larger downspouts on the gutters. Everything that they were contracted to do and more is now perfect in our view! It is refreshing these days to find a company that cares this much about customer satisfaction and delivers with honesty and integrity. All in all, we are super happy with all aspects of the job from start to finish with Town and Country Roofing and with Chris specially and have zero hesitation recommending them.

Brett made the whole process so easy from start to finish. He was always available for any questions that came up along the way. Eddie and the crew did an amazing job and cleaned up everything!!! I would definitely recommend the Town and Country team to anyone who asks!
