The short version

Terms

The rules for using Call NWA, in plain words. Call NWA is a RiseNWA LLC company.

For homeowners

  • Reading the directory is free. You do not need an account.

  • A request from a company page goes straight to that company when the owner has claimed the listing. If not, it goes to the Call NWA team, who pass it to that company.

  • A request from a trade and city page goes to one matched local company.

  • Each request goes to one company. We never share it with other companies or sell it to a list.

  • The company you hire does the work and sets the price. Check the license and insurance before you hire.

Featured listings

  • Featured is $49 a month. The first 30 are $29 a month for 12 months.

  • It is month to month. Cancel anytime from your owner page, and you are not charged again.

  • Homeowners see the spot labeled Sponsored. Payment never changes ratings or the order of the list below it.

  • Featured companies get a share of quote requests for their trade and city. Each request still goes to one company.

No guarantees

  • Call NWA does not promise a job, a number of requests, a call back, or a price.

  • Ratings and review counts are the stored Google figures. We do not edit them.
