We hired Bud James to remediate after the inspector found mold growing on a rafter above the HVAC system in the attic. He also investigated a few other places that the inspector tagged. Great service! They were very professional when they came out to do the inspection and got the information to us in a timely manner. Then they came out and got the job done, which they did graat at. I found mold under my sink just weeks before our daughter was to be born. All the other companies said they could remediate but would mot be likely to be able to rebuild until well after we came home from hospital. Major Damage bailed us out big time by getting us in the next week and got us taken care of (ultimately doing the work while we were at the hospital!) The entire project was well communicated, at the price they said, and we came home to not only a great looking kitchen but an incredibly clean one as well! I cannot recommend enough.

I just got off the phone with Bud and just wanted to take a minute to give some recognition to a good person.
