AJ and the Restoration 1 team did an excellent job handling water damage at our home in Bentonville. They responded quickly on a Saturday, had drying equipment set up the same day, and kept us updated through every visit. The crew was professional, thorough, and respectful of our home. AJ was great to work with — clear communication from start to finish and fair on pricing. Highly recommend.

AJ and Anthony were great! They were knowledgeable, courteous, and detailed. They came and accessed the problem and got to fixing it right away. They got a plumber out the same day. (Donovan from Dixie Plumbing & Drains). They were able to figure out where the water was coming from and get it stopped. They did some demolition and got dehumidifiers up and running for the next few days. Each day, they came and checking in on how it was drying. Sprayed it with some anti-mold spray. They got everything all dryed out. They gave me a very detailed report with lots of pictures and water level readings showing before, during and after. Now we are on the list to have them come touch up with new insulation, drywall, tile, paint and texture. So far they have been great to work with!

Came out after hours (around 11pm) and walked us through the whole process. Stopped the water leak and got us dry. Glad they came out so quickly!

AJ came. He was so nice. If u have any water damage or think u do i hope you call Restoration 1 as they have all excellent reviews and are someone u can depend on. They set up an appt and was there exactly at that time and AJ checked everything and took pictures so he could show me everything as I am too old to get into my attic. An air conditioning co left the condensation line loose on my furnace in my attic. Leaked for a week before we discovered it. I was afraid of mold or damage to plywood or sheet rock as it did leak into the garage ceiling. AJ did not charge anything to check it all for me. He said everything was safe, no mold or lasting damage. I'm 76 and have been so stressed about this. Now I feel better. Peace of mind is everything in something like this.

We had an emergency at our home at midnight and Restoration 1 sent AJ, Jack and Anthony to our house right away! It was a very stressful situation for us but they walked us through the whole thing and fixed everything for us. I highly recommend them to anyone in this predicament. They are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and personable!

This has been a difficult time with this process of mold removal we've been dealing with. But having AJ and Anthony help us through the process has been great. They were responsive, proactive, kind, and also informative. Definitely made it a lot less harder maneuvering this process.
