I cannot say enough good things about Seaside Pools and Spas and the incredible job they did replastering our pool! From beginning to end, the entire experience was first-class. The quality of their work is outstanding, and their knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the entire process. They showed up when they said they would, communicated with us along the way, completed the work promptly, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was exactly as it should be. Our pool looks absolutely amazing... Honestly, better than we could have hoped! What impressed me most was that there wasn't just one area where Seaside stood out. Quality, expertise, professionalism, promptness, communication, follow-up, and price... They delivered on all of it. It's refreshing to work with a company that takes this much pride in their work and genuinely seems to care about the customer's experience. If you're considering having your pool replastered or need pool work done, I would recommend Seaside Pools and Spa without hesitation. Outstanding company, outstanding people, and outstanding results. Five stars all the way!

Bryan Hoffman designed our pool and he turned out to be a master of his profession. We are enjoying our pool to its fullest!! Its brought our family closer. Additionally, the service technician, Andy, has been a dream come to true to new pool owners like us. He goes out of his way to answer our questions and drop by our house to trouble shoot our growing pains with the pool technology. We could not ask for better service than what we have gotten here at Seaside! Even the 3rd party workers like the plumber, electrician, and irrigation companies all told us privately that we had picked a very dependable and high quality company. If you'd like a pool, their service is a tier of its own!

Seaside has been taking care of my pool for a year. I would NOT have anyone else but Clemente cleaning the pool he's the best!!!! Has always answered any questions I have about the pool. He is such a nice tech and always very polite.

I had a 5+ star experience with Seaside Pools when purchasing a recent hot tub. I had shopped all of the NWA spa stores and Seaside’s Springdale storeroom experience was super helpful and informative. Big thanks to Brian H on his help and professionalism. Less than a week later they had connected me with master electricians from Graves Electric, and the hot tub was delivered and installed perfectly. Kudos to Graves Electric and Andy, JP and crew who handled the delivery and installation. Also, Bryan H came out the day of installation to give me a 45 minute startup tutorial and answered all my questions. First class all the way around. Highly recommend!

After initially feeling disappointed with my pool opening service, I wanted to update my experience after the follow-up visit today. Clemente completely turned things around. He provided excellent communication, took the time to thoroughly explain everything, and demonstrated outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled correctly. I also want to recognize Dinana and Fibi in the office for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication in handling my concerns when I was initially an unsatisfied customer. They were understanding, respectful, and committed to making things right, which I truly appreciated. I had spent the past week cleaning my pool daily to get it to the condition I expected, (while truly not quite knowing what I was doing) so I genuinely appreciated the effort the team put in to address my concerns and follow through. I also want to mention Ryan at the Seaside store in Bentonville, who was incredibly kind and helpful in answering my questions and showing me how to properly use my vacuum. What really stands out is not just the service itself, but the way a business handles concerns and follows up afterward. That level of dedication to customer service and customer satisfaction says a lot about a company. Ryan, Dinana, Fibi, and especially Clemente all provided the kind of customer service that truly stands out. Clemente absolutely saved the day and deserves recognition for the excellent work he does. Thank you all for making things right!

Seaside Pool is truly outstanding and Jose is an excellent pool tech. I use their pool maintenance service which is really well done. They let you know that they will be there via email the night before. My pool looked great all summer. What really sets them apart is their winterizing service. My pool is quite old and my previous pool guy really messed it up. He moved from Florida and clearly had no idea how to winterize properly. Seaside, on the other hand, provide Jose who did a great job despite the complexity. He came up with some unique solutions! At any rate, he was super nice and helpful too. We got the pool covered and ready to go. Don't go in the "back 40" to find a pool service, just call Seaside 👍
