I can confidently say this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We contacted this company regarding work needed on our fiberglass pool steps. Eddie walked me through what would need to be done and provided a ballpark estimate for the work. However, when we received the actual quote from Roberta, it was more than 300% higher than the original estimate, with absolutely no explanation for the drastic increase. After spending weeks trying to get a hold of Roberta to understand the discrepancy, I eventually received a response from the assistant Manager Holly, stating that the work required a “repair” rather than a “renew” and that the fiberglass repairs were actually outside their scope of work. This raises several questions. If the work was outside their capabilities, why did Eddie initially explain the repair process in depth and provide an estimate? Why was a formal quote issued for work they now claim they cannot perform? And if something changed after further discussions, why was that never proactively communicated to us? Instead of providing transparency or taking accountability, we were left chasing answers, dealing with delayed responses, and receiving contradictory information. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service throughout this process has been absolutely unacceptable. Whether this comes down to incompetence, poor internal communication, or simply not wanting our business, the result is the same: a complete waste of our time and an incredibly frustrating experience. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone.

Joey did a phenomenal job as usual with the weekly service. His attention to detail is impressive.

I have had an issue with poor drainage in my yard and therefore water underneath the pool liner causing it to float a little bit. David Royal patiently shared his expert advice on the situation with me and recommended I put an auxiliary draining system which was relatively inexpensive to do in order to prevent my pool liner from floating. Then, when it came time to close my pool for the winter , David Royal, once again, patiently explained the pros and the cons of keeping my pool open or winterizing it during my appointment. He encouraged me to take some time to think about it. In the meantime he was efficient with the scheduled appointment and winterized my water features and my auto fill system. He told me I could call him at any time if I change my mind and he will come out and winterize my pool. I spoke with my husband and called him a couple of hours later telling him we decided to go ahead and winterize our pool. He was very flexible and said he would come back out the same day even if it was in evening to take care of our pool. This is quite a relief since we are set to have wintry weather in the next couple of days. I asked so many questions and he welcomed every one of them with a thorough explanation. He treated my appointment like it was the most important appointment of the day.Patience, flexibility, and expertise are the things that make David Royal an excellent employee and representative of Burton Pools. I highly recommend Burton pools for theIt excellent product but most importantly, for the excellent customer service they provide.

Finally decided to move forward with an above ground pool with Burton Pools and Spa. Had a great time with Steve our salesman and Steve our post installation professional. The install crew was awesome and showed great respect towards our property. Thanks for a great project….

On month three trying to have Burton Pools in Springdale repair my waterfall. Burton installed the waterfall as part of a complete pool renovation about 4 years ago. It started leaking this past year and so far, we have had several service visits with no successful repairs and no scheduled follow up visit to actually fix it. The service department has been very difficult to work with, and they are not very responsive or competent in solving this issue. They don't seem care if the problem is actually resolved. I have used Burton Pools over the last 11 years, but the level of quality service and professionalism seems to have declined which is sad.
