The team that did my mold removal did a very good job in a very timely matter, the first day they moved furniture, hung plastic sheeting to protect bedding and scraped the mold off the ceiling. They taped cloth in the hallway for protection and kept the door to the room where they were working in closed to keep dust out of the rest of the house. They worked the next day to finish cleaning everything, moving all the furniture back to their places and were done by mid-afternoon. I was impressed by what all they had accomplished and l would recommend anyone to use NWA Restore It when they need any mold removed! I would most certainly use them again!!! Honey E.

I am extremely grateful for their hard and professional work - the ultimate validation to me was when their mitigation work was complete and my contractor for repairs was ready to begin construction. In the words of my contractor "wow, these guys did a great job". Ultimate peace of mind moving forward knowing I wasn't going to have to worry about residual issues arising post construction from the mitigation side.

We had a fantastic experience with NWA Restore from start to finish. We called them initially to assist with a water mitigation concern we had and then proceeded to have a 5 month ordeal with our insurance company. Throughout the process, they were incredibly helpful, accommodating and communicative to both us and the insurance company. They also were incredibly good about helping apply pressure to our insurance from start to finish to ensure every bill was paid for, and that everything was done to a high standard. As soon as everything was good to go, they were quick to schedule the repairs and start working. Their work was superb, quick and pain free.
