Vista Restoration

Ryan estimated a crawl space mitigation to satisfy the inspector of a home I was selling, The buyer wanted a reduction in the selling price, but I paid Ryan directly, knowing that the problem the inspector presented was not accurate. In paying Ryan a substantial amount, I asked him to refund any money that was not used to resolve the buyers concern. True to his word, Ryan returned a substantial portion which was more that I expected. Ryan is an honest person that runs an honest business as was demonstrated by the refund. I would trust him with any work.

Ryan is prompt, courteous, and made a rough situation as easy to deal with as possible.

Our main water supply pipe burst and left 1.5 inches of water in our home. Within 2 hours of calling, Ryan and his team were on sight. They removed the water, set up fans and dehumidifiers, removed rugs. When it was dried out, they removed furniture to storage, handled the asbestos remediation, removed and replaced drywall, removed and replaced all the flooring, painted, reinstalled stored furniture. I'm sure I'm forgetting some things, but to be clear, from disaster to completion (4 month total because of insurance issues) VR took great care of us. They are very respectful and easy to work with. I hope you don’t have a disaster, but if you do, VR is the company to call!

Ryan had been a business associate of mine for several years and I knew his company does great restoration work. When I had a leak from my AC unit that required drying out, replacing drywall and painting the area I immediately gave him a call. He responded quickly, lined up a great guy to make the repairs and coordinated the entire project. The work was done well and the experience much less stressful than you would expect with a sopping wet ceiling and wall.

I chose Vista Restoration after dealing with several other companies that didn’t demonstrate the knowledge and experience that Ryan brought to the table upon our first meeting. Ryan has the experience and expertise that comes from a local multigenerational family owned business. Most companies will only do the mold remediation and then you need to another a separate company to do the restoration. However, Vista Restoration takes care of your project from start to finish!

Ryan and crew were quick, clean and thorough- really great to work with!

Ryan Foote and his employee Henry were so prompt and communicative. Henry got out to my house the day after Christmas and finished up the next day!! Ryan was also extremely flexible and looks out for what works best for you! They did a great job on the project and when there was a bit more work than expected, Ryan and Henry were transparent and kept me updated with photos and videos. Henry did a superb job and cleaned up very well.

Such great service led by a knowledgeable and caring man. Ryan is amazing to work with and really wants to help get things done right. Really appreciate his help with the flooding in my basement. I sleep better knowing it was taken care of properly
