This morning Grant and Jake came to my townhouse in Bella Vista to assess an issue with the deck storage door being hard to close. They kindly took off their shoes to walk through the house to reach the deck! The issue with the storage door was determined to be due to structural problems with the storage support and greater deck structures, rather than a foundation issue. While they were at the property, a laser tool was used to check for settlement of the main foundation; I was relieved to learn that there was none detected. Grant graciously reached out to a contractor who was working on my next-door neighbor's deck that morning. Through that bridge, I later spoke with the deck contractor about issues with my deck and storage room. I had been having difficulty locating a contractor to work on the deck, and this sequence of events today was an unexpected and timely blessing! This was my first time to reach out to Helitech. From my experiences with the initial call and the professional and thorough manner of Kyria in the Bentonville office as well as the observant, honest, and gracious estimate team, I can give Helitech a definite thumbs up.
