A big thank you to Cody and the Flake Concrete Coatings team for the outstanding work on our garage floor, front porch, and back patio! From the initial quote to the final finish, the entire experience was excellent. Cody was incredibly patient with us as we explored multiple color and finish options, always taking the time to guide us without any pressure. He treated us like family, making the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed us most was their commitment to quality, using professional-grade materials and proper surface preparation, including diamond grinding, a moisture-barrier base coat, decorative flake finishes, and a durable polyaspartic clear topcoat. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and paid great attention to every detail. Their dedication to quality and craftsmanship truly shows in the finished work. Everything turned out beautifully, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We truly appreciate their hard work and highly recommend Flake Concrete Coatings!

Cody & Tristan were the dynamic duo. What impressed me most was the precision of their approach. The special attention to detail around the built-ins in the closets and around the garage doors…not to mention Cody knew he’d be done by 5 pm and he nailed it. Very professional in every way and he’s local—not a franchise like the others who are vying for your business. Support Local! 💖
