This car just ran a red light in the school zone in Bentonville, Arkansas.

I worked with Wayne on the inspection and estimate, which illustrated the problems and some good things we'd done prior. Jordan and his co-workers (Jason, I think- sorry if I got this wrong, and Stephan) came out, did the work carefully, and were polite and courteous throughout the several days, despite the heat. Bought a house that had a foot of standing water underneath due to a leaking spigot. Plumber fixed the leak then Foundation Recovery Systems came out and installed a triple sump system, permanent dehumidifier, fully encapsulated the crawlspace and added 3 steel beams to ensure the house doesn't sag overtime. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. Wayne and his team (led by Jordan) made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. They even came back out to make some adjustments per my request at no additional cost.

Wayne was the most professional and informative salesman we had come to our house, all the other guys spent maybe 15 minutes and threw us a quote. This guy spent about 2 hour measuring everything and laid out a floor plan. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WILL REFER HIM NO DOUBT.

Brian German came out to inspect our foundation, crawl space, and sump pump and he did a fabulous job explaining all his findings to us. He took great pics of the issues and recommended necessary next steps. Highly recommend!

Foundation Recovery Systems installed and did a complete encapsulation of our crawl space last year. Since then, we have had multiple drainage issues, our foundation cracked where they exited the drainage from underneath the house, and our annual inspection was a no show. I've called multiple times, sent emails, and although their main number is empathetic and tried to resolve the issue, no one has reached back out or even attempted to help resolve the issue. They have even ignored the warranty - VERY disappointed and would NOT recommend them for crawl space construction, repairs, etc.
