We have used them several times as they are contracted with Metro Appliance for warranty repairs. They have poor communication, they miss appointments, and then they are rude when you call to inform them that their "repair" didn't fix the problem. We are going on a month of our freezer not working despite them coming out twice and missing a third appointment. As soon as our appliances aren't under warranty anymore we will certainly be using a different appliance repair company and I'd suggest you do the same.
