Came and looked at my fridge and said ya its defective and told me he was filing a claim. I spent 3 months calling the warranty and every time they told me they are waiting on atech to send them the info so I called Reggie with atech and asked him he said he would but never did. My refrigerator is out of warranty now so now if I want it fixed it will be out-of-pocket. Thanks for nothing

Our technician James is amazing! This is the second time in the past year and a half that James has come out to fix two different issues with our dryer. We are very pleased with his work, his advice for keeping our appliances longer, and knowledge! We are very appreciative of this company for their service, quick and quality labor and friendliness! Edit: Apparently I keep better records than A-Tech does. I have two additional invoices to post for the other two appliances. The Arkansas SOS shows ownership records. Emall invoice was received from Aaron. Try again. I had them out to look at and possibly repair 3 appliances in 2022. After an $800 invoice, no appliances were repaired. I was told to "turn up my hot water heater" to fix the dishwasher. DO NOT USE. Owner is also very shady.

I had the pleasure of having Cody Payne as my refrigerator repairman. He was wonderful! He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. He quickly diagnosed the problem, answered all my many questions, and gave me my options going forward. I’m very pleased with this company and in particular, Cody’s performance.

Having to go through filing a claim for warranty is annoying and a complete headache in its self. I'm so greatful for A-tech on assisting in explaining exactly what to say to the warranty company in order to get my washer fixed after 3weeks of them(warranty company) not completing the process of scheduling with A-tech then setting up a time that they couldn't guarantee. The technician that came out today was quick and professional. I can finally wash clothes again. Thank you A-tech!!

Tech Cody was prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had our dryer running again in about half an hour; definitely knew what he was doing and offered great insight on different appliance brands and styles for when the time comes to replace.
