Furniture Medic by NWA

Unfortunately, he took a deposit and never responded to me about actually getting the work done. I am sure he has been amazing for others, as he was super nice when he gave us a quote- but please go in knowing he doesn’t respond even after a deposit has been paid. We are giving up and going to hope someone else will follow through.

Jay does great work; I use him personally and professionally! He's so good, you might have a hard time booking him, so don't wait to call. I've used him over five times and will continue!

Great work by these. Very professional

Unsure if they are even still in business. Over the course of a couple of weeks, I had left multiple voicemails in regards to needing help with the arm of one of my recliners and had not received any call back. Hopefully this is not indicative of the service they provide. Wound up using Andrew with NWA Furniture Repair. He answered the phone on the 2nd ring and his service was fast, reliable, and reasonably priced.

Prompt work and a fair price
