Freedom restoration services were absolutely tremendous. They came through for us in a time of need and they were truly advocates for us as customers. I hope I never need them again but if I ever need a restoration company they will be the first people I call.

I had a hot water heater leak. They showed up in less than two hours from when we called and did all that was needed to be done. I was very impressed with the service and the follow thru through out the whole process. Dan even came when the insurance adjuster came to answer any questions he might have. I was very very pleased with the support and work that was done. I highly recommend Freedom Restoration!

We had a sneaky washing machine leak that turned into swollen baseboards, damp drywall, and even mold in the garage. After getting a sky-high quote from another company, I called Donald Hicks at Freedom Restoration. He was at my house within 90 minutes, had a crew out the next morning, and took care of the demo and remediation quickly and professionally. Donald even checked on the drying process while I was out of town, which gave me huge peace of mind. Best part? His price was about one-third of the first quote I received. If you need someone fast, honest, and affordable for water damage or mold, call Donald. Highly recommend!

The Freedom Restoration Services team is amazing. I was out of town for the big storm of 2024, and Don and his team didnt hesitate to help me patch up the damaged windows until I could get a glass company to replace them. He also helped me during a water leak and not only got the house dry, but also fixed some other unknown issues that were lurking under the floor. He and his team are very clean, reasonable, attentive, and trustworthy. Use his services!
