I can’t recommend them enough! They truly came to our rescue when our AC was out and our house was unbearably hot. They were able to help us at the last minute, and we were so grateful! They are incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely care about the people they help. It’s such a relief to find people who not only know what they’re doing but also go above and beyond to take care of their customers. We appreciate them so much and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services!

After previously owning a home that didn't warm the home properly during the Winter, I wanted the HVAC looked at for a new home my family was purchasing. The home was new construction and although there were some things addressed in the inspection report, I still had concerns and I'm glad I called Cedric. He reprogrammed our dampner so it could properly accommodate the heat strips, charged the refrigeration system, replaced the thermostats with ones I could easily operate, registered my unit beyond the initial 5 yr warranty so that I have 10 yrs, AND cleaned up the attic of construction debris and trash, attached unit label stickers that were left behind, and put the dampner control cover back on. If I have any trouble cooling or heating our home, he will definitely be our go to guy! The level of professionalism and communication was great and I'm so thankful to have had his help during our home buying process!

Needed help ASAP when AC went out during this hot summer. They came out late on Friday! Didn't charge extra because it was after hours. Quickly and efficiently fixed problem. Very friendly. Highly recommend!

Cedric originally came out to our rental in Bentonville and was able to quickly figure out the issue with our AC. We recently bought a house in Lowell and noticed issues, our AC wouldn’t get colder than 83, Cedric quickly came and fixed our AC immediately!! You can tell that he deeply cares about his customers! HVAC Recommended! Wishon HVAC service and repair just serviced my outside AC unit. I tried to do all the troubleshooting I knew how. Gave him a call, he was able to get to me quickly, and his rates are incredibly reasonable! I got recommendations on filters that are affordable, and he showed me the troubleshooting steps that I wasn’t aware of. I will absolutely be recommending anywhere I can and if and when I ever need HVAC services again…he’ll be the first person I call!

We couldn’t be more grateful for the service we received! He came out to our house after hours to figure out what was going on with our HVAC system. After diagnosing the issue, he went to get the needed part and then came back to our house to make the repair — he stayed until around 10 PM to make sure everything was taken care of. Our AC unit started acting up and we called a different company to come take a look and they said everything looked fine. We then called Cedric who came same day and after hours. He found the issue in less than 10 minutes and had it up and running in 30 mins. He took pictures and explained everything so we understood. Would highly recommend Wishon and we’ll be using them in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Cedric! He came out to my house at 7 PM and had my HVAC unit cleaned and working properly in less than an hour. He was extremely timely, professional, and great to work with. We had a different HVAC company come out earlier that day, and they told us there was nothing wrong with the unit, even though our house was about 10° hotter than what we had the thermostat set to. Cedric found the issue within the first five minutes and was able to get everything fixed quickly. I would highly recommend Cedric to anyone needing HVAC work. It was such a relief to have someone who actually took the time to find the problem and get our house cooling again!
