2/2022 AIRESERV Heating and Air Conditioning Company is a reputable, efficient and professional company. We were kept informed all the time. They arrived on time and left the area clean. We had to have our heat pump replaced and we are really pleased with all the work that was done. They took time to show how to connect the thermostat to our WiFi. We would highly recommend this company. 6/17/2022, 5 stars - David and Joey came today to install a vent in our sunroom. They were on time, professional, completed the work in the time they said. On May 15, 2023, David Brown arrived on time for a scheduled service on the Heat Pump that AIRESERV had installed in 2022. David was personable and efficient. Aire Serve is a reputable company and I give them 5 stars. 9/8/2023 Our dryer vent needed to be cleaned. This morning Dalton and Joey arrived on time and cleaned the vent. Both men were professional and efficient. I highly recommend Aire Serv of NWArkansas and give the company 5 stars 9:28/2026 I ordered filters by phone this afternoon. The employee I spoke with was friendly and was able to handle my order very well.

I had Tyler from AirServ Northwest Arkansas come out to service and tune up my HVAC system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire HVAC tune-up. He took the time to check everything over, explain what he was doing, and make sure my system was running properly and efficiently. It’s great having a reliable HVAC service technician you can trust. I would definitely recommend Tyler and AirServ Northwest Arkansas to anyone needing HVAC maintenance, air conditioning service, heating service, or a professional AC tune-up in Northwest Arkansas. Scott Aken from AirServ in Rogers, AR is an absolutely phenomenal employee! Not only was he polite, friendly, extremely know of his craft, and took the time explain everything thoroughly, but he discovered two pertinent issues needing to be addressed requiring professionals in other kinds of crafts requiring attention. He simply made it a nice experience and he left us with a plethora of knowledge and information extremely important to the proper functioning of our home.

Great service! 101 degree outside and no air conditioning on a Friday. Sent out service person and got it going. It failed again on Saturday and Zach came out and saved us from the heat at no charge! We are totally cool now! Great service and stayed with the problem until solved!

I have to call so many times even to schedule first appointment. The technician is totally uninterested and unprofessional. He did not explain any diagnosis. I had to call multiple times to get explanation and to follow up on next step.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration surrounding the scheduling and communication during your service experience. Your request came through American Home Shield over the Memorial Day weekend, which affected the timing of the initial appointment. During the visit, our technician found that saltwater drainage from the water softening system was significantly deteriorating the outdoor unit. Because you needed to correct that underlying issue before we could responsibly repair the HVAC system, our technician recommended addressing it first. We regret that our communication did not clearly explain the diagnosis and next steps.<br>The Aire Serv Team
