Twist & Spout

We replaced a dated tile shower with the Sentrel Bath System that Twist and Spout offers. It wasn't a simple job as it was a custom sized "cave style" shower that had some interesting quirks installed by the previous home-owner. Our installers Drew and Devin went above and beyond with the advanced demo work needed as well as the re-fit as the original shape needed some inventive solutions to accommodate the standard shower trimmings.

We love our new shower. Drew the installer and Devin was in training. They were amazing, making sure we knew every step, little decisions made quickly, because Drew was efficient and managed time fantastically. Said it'd take a week and it only took 4 days. Please excuse the no glass. When we found out the glass could take up to 3 weeks, Drew knew I was disabled and couldn't step up to shower in the other showers in our home, Drew took action. He contacted Cameron and Cameron was at our home on Saturday afternoon and put a temporary curtain up. We couldn't have asked for better. We were recommend to Bentonville Glass, and they were terrible. We asked for 2 quotes, framed and unframed. They only sent the unframed estimate and nothing else through an email and when I tried to respond to said email, that person had an automated message saying they were out of the office and wouldn't return till October 11th. When my husband called, the man said well we can't do framed, my husband was you could've at least told us that. Twist and Spout are absolutely amazing, they took that extra step for their customers. The glass will be done and when it is I'll repost. Drew, Devin and Cameron thank you so much, for the shower of our dreams!!

Aaron did a very professional job with his presentation.

Aaron was so professional with no hard up sale. The shower looks amazing!

Drew did a fantastic job! Couldn't asked for a better craftsman to top it off he is a great communicator as well!!!

We had an amazing experience from start to finish. It turned out even better than I thought it would. We even had an issue in the middle of construction that had nothing to do with them, despite that they assisted us with it. Drew was amazing the whole week he was here. He went above and beyond. Aaron was a joy to work with and helped us come up with a beautiful design. Cameron was very supportive and available. We would absolutely recommend this company. We have been enjoying our bathroom and could not be happier.

The three men who entered my home for this experience for Cameron, Jackson and Steven. They all three were equally courteous and very professional. The job was well done and my shower is now very beautiful. I would recommend this company to anyone!

It was great working with a local company. Derrela spelled options out clearly and Steven was cool and efficient in renovation. Turnaround time was fast between contract and completion -- an old, cramped fiberglass shower is now spacious, clean and cool!

I had a great presentation from Jackson about what Twist & Shout has to offer. Jackson explained everything very clearly, and he answered all my questions. Thanks, Jackson!
