Quote for work was given within a range which was fine, but total landed on the high side. Pricing structure not transparent. Also requested for work to start and finish on a Friday, but worker left at 4pm requiring a return Monday. Work was fine, but will use other options next time.
Response from the owner · 2026-09-16T21:31:33Z
Thank you for the feedback. We’re glad the work met your expectations, and we’re sorry the pricing and scheduling didn’t feel clear or convenient. We’ll review this to improve our communication moving forward. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to help.
