Pinnacle NWA Handyman made an excellent first impression. I reached out about getting a quote and received a call back within about 15 minutes. He was able to meet me at the property the very next day, showed up on time, and was professional, knowledgeable, and sharp throughout the walkthrough. Communication was excellent, he listened carefully to the scope, and he approached the different repair items thoughtfully rather than just throwing out quick answers. That kind of responsiveness and professionalism is hard to find. I would absolutely reach out to Pinnacle NWA Handyman again and recommend them to anyone looking for dependable handyman services in Northwest Arkansas.

Worked with Pinnacle Handyman for a shower kit installation and they were able to get me onto the schedule quickly, were very reasonably priced, easy to work with, and did a great job. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Nathan and his crew did an an outstanding job for us! Multiple projects completed in two days. Repairing ceiling and painting master bath, replaced/stained two patio screen doors, stained entire back porch, and replaced 41 fence pickets. He is definitely the person to call, and is on our list for future projects!
