The Pool and Spa Store

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Pool & Spa Store in Fayetteville is absolutely the BEST! I honestly have nothing but great things to say about them. It doesn’t matter who you talk to or what day you go in, you can always count on excellent customer service. Everyone is incredibly helpful and genuinely wants to help you find a solution. If the person you’re speaking with doesn’t know the answer, they don’t just guess or brush you off. They find someone who does know, and they take the time to explain things and educate you along the way. As a pool owner, that kind of service is invaluable. I’ve gone in with questions, problems, and things I simply didn’t understand, and I always leave feeling like I have an answer or a clear direction on what to do next. It’s rare to find a business where the level of customer service is so consistently excellent, no matter who helps you. The Pool & Spa Store has absolutely earned my trust and my five stars. I cannot recommend them enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pretty good for supply store. Knowledgeable person at parts desk

We have shopped at every pool and spa store in NWA over the years and when we talk to people we tell them that the Fayetteville Pool and Spa is the best! They communicate with you, have parts in stock, are affordable and are very friendly. They do repairs in a timely fashion and are the most affordable in all of Northwest Arkansas. Highly recommend you spend your dollars with this great business if you are looking to get a pool, spa or sauna!

Stopped in the Finnleo Pure Sauna store in Fayetteville last week. This was the second attempt---they were closed the first time a week earlier even though the hours indicated open for business--probably weather but no communication or hours change posted anywhere. We are serious buyers for a sauna in our home. Finnleo has good reviews online and this was our closest 'authorized dealer.' Store associates did not seem to care that we came in--offered little to no help with questions. Very disappointing.

I would like to take a moment to share how pleased I am with The Fayetteville Pool and Spa Store. Since I first began working with them at the beginning of the year, my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. The staff is unbelievable—always prompt, professional, and true to their word. It’s rare these days to find a company that not only promises excellent service but also consistently delivers on it. Every interaction has left me feeling confident that I made the right choice in trusting them with my pool and spa needs. I highly recommend The Fayetteville Pool and Spa Store to anyone looking for a company that values integrity, quality service, and customer satisfaction. They have certainly earned both my gratitude and my loyalty.

These folks are some of the nicest and most caring people I’ve ever done business with. Every single person I see or talk to is so polite and willing to help me in any of my pool situations. I greatly appreciate y’all! Thank you!!

Very helpful. Very good stock of supplies.

From the retail side to the service department The Pool and Spa store excels. Staff is knowledgeable and cordial. The service technicians are outstanding. Highly recommend them.

Had a part I needed for a hot tub drain and the gentleman working in parts was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed and made some suggestions to help me in the future. Definitely a great experience.

Kim has gone out of her way to help with our older pool. We were not a customer prior to 2024 (I always do my own pool work.) I opened my pool and discovered a leak in my liner. Kim squeezed us in to their busy schedule with her established clients. The company has gone above and beyond to help me get my liner repaired and the pool open. Kim always returned my call and took the time to share her knowledge.
