Five stars isn't enough for Square Foot Management. We are currently in the middle of a major home remodel, and watching it all come together has been an incredible experience. The passion that Matthew and Annabella have for what they do shines through in every single phase of the project. Annabella has an incredible knack for design, bringing visionary ideas to the table, while Matthew’s expertise on the structural side is unmatched. He focuses on the intricate details and structural integrity that most other companies simply don't take the extra time to bother with. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and they consistently invest the extra time required to ensure everything is done flawlessly. Communication has also been a major standout—whenever a question or concern arises, they are incredibly quick to address it. It is rare to find a team this dedicated, passionate, and meticulous. We couldn't be happier with how our project is unfolding!

Matthew and his crew have helped us with two projects this year. He came highly recommended to me, and when we had water damage in our kitchen from an ice maker leak, he responded with urgency and followed up with an action plan to help prevent further damage as well as completely restore our kitchen wall and flooring back to 100% prior condition. Based on our great experience, we scheduled a powder bath remodel and he and crew placed a new fan and light in the ceiling and installed a new vanity, lighting, mirror, plumbing fixtures etc. They take great care in protecting your floor while working and maintain a very clean job site. His team are always on time and professional to work with. It’s easy to highly recommend Matthew and team to others!
