James was honest and very understanding to what we were looking to do and could afford. So appreciate not having to “haggle” with a salesman! I highly recommend.

There were some challenges with the cast-iron tub and an unexpected plumbing issue, but they did a great job and stuck with the quoted price. It did take two days due to the issues. We have had family over and it has been christened multiple times with only positive comments.

Very pleased with the shower and had some hitches on install but Jacob did a nice Job once we got everything in. After using the shower a few weeks we absolutely love it. Would recommend to anyone.

I discovered that the shower in my new home had apparently been practicing its own version of indoor plumbing… by leaking for who knows how long. After getting numerous in-home estimates and listening to more than a few fast-paced sales pitches, I was starting to wonder if I’d ever take a hot shower again! Out of desperation for a functioning shower (and because I was tired of sharing a shower with two teenagers), I scheduled three more estimates, including Five Star Bath Solutions. Scott came out, and almost immediately, I knew Five Star was the company we were looking for. Scott was personable, knowledgeable, and upfront about the entire process…without the high-pressure salesman spiel. I felt so confident in him and his company that I cancelled my other two estimates! Five Star kept me informed throughout the entire process, and the final product speaks for itself. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience from beginning to end!
