Scott Butler Appliance Service

Scott is a really honest and patient guy with fair pricing. We had a great experience, highly recommend!

Scott was recommended to us from a friend and has provided on a couple of different appliances. In each instance he was at our home within 30 minutes of reaching out to him. It's important to note that not many individuals service Samsung. Scott does not, but he was more than willing to quickly come over and look to see what was wrong and provide his recommendation. I had already researched the issue and had an idea of the problem, as it's common with Samsungs. I knew that if I was correct, it would be costly to fix, but knew I needed a professional to confirm the issue. Not only did he tell me what was wrong, he was able to provide me a rough estimate of how much it would cost, offered to recommend someone who does work on that refrigerator type and gave me his personal opinion on what he would do in our situation. He also provided his recommendation on what to buy and where to get it, if we decided to purchase something new. He was extremely professional, kind and went well above my expectations both times. Also, ladies, I usually ask my husband to be home when we have someone coming into the house to provide service. I'm very comfortable with Scott coming in and him not being here which is very appreciated.

Maytag washing machine repair - GREAT response time, service, and price. My washer has a difficult drain filter access; Scott was professional and non judgemental about the completely clogged filter. I was able to conveniently pay and feel that I can call him again when needed!

Excellent service! I can’t say enough good things. Scott was able to diagnose and fix a fridge/freezer issue extremely quickly and was the easiest to work with. I highly recommend!

He doesn’t repair newer LG made refrigerators but it was cool that he asked make and model and was transparent about that and recommended someone to fix it.

I contacted Scott today and he responded right away. He doesn’t specialize in the type of appliance I have. Nevertheless, he provided information for a company that can help me. I really appreciate Scott’s quick response and guidance. He is very personable, professional, and helpful.

Scott was very polite and knowledgeable and repaired my dryer within a half an hour. I highly recommend Scott.

Scott got back to us quickly and is very knowledgeable on diagnosing the problem with our washer. He was very honest, letting us know it was not cost effective to repair and recommended replacement.

Scott is a great repairman. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. Have used him several times and never disappoints.
