Sargent Contracting

5 star company. Great communication, professional, fair priced in every bid we’ve gotten back and I completely trust their expertise when tackling a project. Have used them 3 times now and never been disappointed. Kyle and Chris were always on top of the jobs as well making sure everything is running smoothly and on time. Will use again and recommend to anyone in NWA.

I’ve loved working with Sargent—he’s a total pro and makes every job a breeze. He’s crushing it in this business with top-notch service and a great attitude. Someone left a crappie comment saying he couldn’t be trusted to mow a yard, but I disagree. If Sargent started a lawn mowing business, he’d crush that too, no doubt. The guy’s got skills and hustle that shine through every time. Highly recommend him to anyone needing the best. He’s earned every star here!

Kyle and his team do beautiful work! They are professional and communicative. Highly recommend for any project.

Sargent Contracting is, without a doubt, the best general contractor I have worked with in my decades as a commercial real estate developer. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality results set them apart in the industry. From start to finish, they demonstrate exceptional project management skills, ensuring timelines are met and budgets are adhered to without sacrificing quality. Their communication is clear and consistent, making collaboration seamless and efficient. Whether handling complex renovations or ground-up developments, they approach every project with expertise and integrity. What truly sets Sargent Contracting apart is their ability to anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions, saving both time and money while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship. Their team is not only highly skilled but also a pleasure to work with, bringing a level of dedication and professionalism that is rare to find. I highly recommend Sargent Contracting to anyone looking for a reliable, experienced, and results-driven general contractor. They have earned my trust, and I look forward to working with them on many more projects in the future.

I’ve done a lot of work with Sargent Contracting as well as Kyle before Sargent Contracting. Kyle has always been very honest and transparent. He always handles every situation with only the highest integrity. He is very resourceful and always goes above and beyond to take care of his clients and trade partners. I would recommend Sargent Contracting for your next project.

Does good work and honest!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kyle Sargent on a couple of different ventures, both professionally and personally. Each time I’m even more impressed with his professionalism and knowledge in so many facets. He’s a great source of information and insight. After a couple years of working together on different projects, I’m proud to call him a friend as well. I’ve referred several people to him and will continue to do so! Kyle is a wonderful resource!

I can’t recommend Kyle and his construction company more. First class service.

Kyle with Sargent Contracting has helped me out on all types of projects for years. He did our personal remodel which was a sunroom, double walkin closet addition and other randoms to make our house a home. I've also worked with him on several tricky and out of the ordinary commercial projects and infills. He's always willing to think outside the box and take on difficult design details or help come up with them. I enjoy working with good humans and I can say that Kyle and Sargent Contracting include honesty and transparency. Pretty cool seeing him grow his company over the years. Happy to provide referrals if anyone would like an honest one.
