Worst experience ever from a company that says they strive for 100% customer satisfaction. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone considering working with these folks to get EVERYTHING in writing upfront as they like to come back after the fact stating they told you things they never did. I Do not recommend this company because rather than fix the problem they would rather hide behind their attorneys as they told us to contact when their solution to fix the problem was not acceptable. Rigid, please do the right thing by your clients going forward; when they have a problem, fix it even if you have to lose a little off the top to keep your customer happy.
