PuroClean Certified Restoration

Unfortunately this company was not good to us. Our insurance company sent them our information after a minor flood. They were very responsive and came in the following day to assess the damage. They said it didn’t affect the wall and they weren’t sure if it affected the flooring. They told us to contact them once the leak was resolved. We contacted the following day after the leak was resolved requesting them to return. They said they weren’t sure busy in another home and would call us back. The following Monday we called again and same thing. Mid week, I sent a message just to keep track of the conversation and the reply was “who is this” followed by “we’ll be there at 5” and they never showed up. My husband called them and it went straight to voicemail. The following day I called again and no answer. At this point, we are one week out so I told my insurance who contacted a different company. The other company noticed one wall was affected and possibly another wall along with a portion of the floors. They came in the same day my insurance contacted them and completed the job the same day. Safe to say Puroclean needs some organization skills.

Laramie and Angela did a great job cleaning and restoring my flooded basement. They responded quickly and were very kind and very responsive to the situation on hand. They were very respectful of my things and they did a GREAT JOB!

It is unfortunate that i have to write this review but others should be aware. We hired Puroclean recently to dry out our house after a flood in our basement while we were on vacation visiting family. They performed the job and were responsive to calls and dried out our home. However, my wife’s jewelry was stolen in the time they were in our house. Everything is gone, pieces from great grandparents, celebrations life events, etc. (~5k). Which is pretty messed up given the fact that they are already dealing with folks in a stressful financial situation. We trusted this company to bring in individuals into our home that would treat our property with respect. At this point if our property is returned or we are notified what pawn shop our property was sold to we are happy to adjust this review but at the moment we have had little help from the company to rectify this situation. Being relatively new to the area we live by Google reviews and this why we went with this company initially but we feel others should hear from our experience.

If you are looking for someone to start a restoration project, collect the money from your insurance, and never finish the job or call you back then this is the company for you. We had a pipe bust and it flooded our lake house basement. They ripped off all the trim threw in in a pile on the floor and put fans to dry the floors and then never heard back from them. They recommended we have our tile ripped out and we needed that documented and sent to insurance but will not respond since they’ve been paid. Now we are left trying to find a new company to come in and do our evaluation and estimate. We have a large pile of trim in the basement floor, mattresses sitting on the porch that they were supposed to haul off. This property was used as a rental but now is unlivable. I DO NOT recommend. Unless you want someone to take your money and never complete the work.

PuroClean has been the one solid contact and support team that has been critical in during the mitigation and restoration of my home. Everyone that I have associatied with has been kind, understanding, courteous and professional during my water damage crisis. Fast, efficient, on time, professional and always keeping me posted on status and what to expect are just a few of the accolades they have earned. If you are looking for the best ... call them. It will be a call you won't regret.

Christmas Eve I got a call from my tenant, due to the extremely low temperatures, pipes had burst and were flooding his condo. I started calling restoration companies all over the area. It was a holiday, no one was answering their phones or the answering service was taking messages. Puro Clean was recommended by a friend. My call was answered by a real person and within 3 days, the condo was on the way to being dried out and ready to be put back together.
