Justen was excellent in finding the problem. They worked it out with me to where it wouldn't cost as much as it usually does. But as they got further into it they found some major problems throughout my plumbing. Unforseen problem is costing over $6,000 more than quoted but I would still giving them a 5+ star rating. Highly recommended!!!! They have kept me up to date with every thing they are doing. And they are working hard with each other to fix it correctly. They have done a lot more than what is listed below. Basically in my opinion whoever built the pipes & sewage lines before building the house didn't know what they were doing. But Pro The Distance Plumbing has worked hard to correct all if it. They will pour the cement tomorrow & check to make sure all of it is in working order. The toilet itself was ok. It was under the toilet where the problems start & they found more as they went.

Jared was knowledgeable and intelligent, took time to explain procedures, prices, and options, and answered all my questions patiently. He worked hard and efficiently, taking time to do a thorough job of the underground pipe repair. He was considerate and thoughtful, and cleaned up the work area afterward. I can't imagine how he could have improved. It was a very positive experience.
