Osage has been a great local company to work with. They gave me a very competitive bid to replace my whole system a few years ago. When they did the install, all of the workers were informative and professional. I have a service plan to have a technician come out twice a year and do a system check on everything, in fact I had the fall visit today. Communication is always great. If anyone is having issues or needs to replace their system, I highly recommend giving them a call!

Osage has done dozens of jobs for me from full systems in new construction to simple repairs and maintenance and have always been great. Responsive, professional and super knowledgeable in their field. As a general contractor who has been in this business for over twenty years it says something that I had Osage do my own home.
Response from the owner · 2026-10-13T21:31:16Z
Nicola, it truly honors us that a seasoned general contractor trusts us with both major projects and work on your own home. We are proud our team has been responsive, professional and knowledgeable on every job. We value your ongoing partnership and are ready to support future projects.

Osage is the absolute best. They are friendly and always take the time to explain the best options. I contacted them after finding a warm spot in our slab and we had a water leak, and they rerouted our entire hot water line system to avoid another issue (this was the second time we had found one, a few years a part). As a mom, I love that there have been thorough background checks done on the techs who will be in and around my house with myself and my kids. We have used them for years, and I am always quick to recommend them to any friends who need hvac or plumbing.
