Precise showed they are professional company that does quality work , on time, and reasonable rates. Home Depot purchase that got installed by Precise and experience was excellent. I recommend using them again.

We used Precise Heating & Air to install a Mitsubishi Mini Split System in an efficiency apartment on August 2, 2024. Joe Gardenhire met with me on location, evaluated what we needed & gave me a cost on the spot. A week later we gave the approval to install the unit. The installers showed up on time & completed the installation in less than 5 hours. They were very professional and cleaned up before they left. The Mitsubishi unit is quiet (our refrigerator is louder) & keeps the living area cool and comfortable. I am extremely pleased with the service, the unit and the cost. I will use Precise for any future needs.

Excellent and timely service considering water heater went out on holiday. Most businesses closed..Made phone contact on Monday, visit and estimate on Tuesday, and installation on Thursday am. Totally satisfied! Highly recommend company for installation!
