Absolutely the worst experience I’ve encountered with a technician. He came out on a Saturday (August 22nd) diagnosed the issue, took the capacitor he said was bad with him and said he would be back that Monday to fix the AC. Never returned calls after that. Here’s a picture of my missing capacitor to my AC unit. This could be your AC unit too if you choose Heritage :) Overall, I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re ok with being ghosted and missing a part out of your AC unit.

However, fitting a job into the schedule should never result in a lack of follow-up.<br><br>While technicians standardly remove faulty parts like bad capacitors to ensure they source the exact matching replacement specs, failing to return your calls and keeping you updated on the repair timeline was entirely our error. We are actively taking steps to improve our team's communication protocols so no customer is left in the dark regarding the status of their unit.

He seems very knowledgeable about HVAC. Our home warranty company enlisted him to get our a/c going and he arrived shortly after. However, our warranty company required him to use their own supplier so we had to wait for parts. Not his fault! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services.

Lawrence came over at 7pm. Fixed the issue. Vents in the house are blowing ice sickles in July. 10/10 recommend he knowledge support and services.
