I’ve used Ozark Mountain roofing for many projects for clients and Boaz and his team are always responsive, honest, knowledgeable and professional.

Garrett and his team of workers did an amazing job putting on our new roof and gutters. They worked tirelessly to get the job done in just a few days. His team of workers were hard working, polite, conscientious, asking if what they were doing was exactly like I wanted, and cleaned up the work area several times. They even came back a second time to blow off the roof for me. Garrett had good communication with me and his workers. I called Garrett many times during the roof process and he was quick to get back with me every time. He had workers checking on the progress of his workers daily and taking pictures of the progress each day. I even had a fascia issue a few months after they were on my roof and he came to address the problem the next day after my call. His courtesy and professionalism are to be commended. I would recommend Garrett and his team to anyone wanting to replace a roof or gutter.

Working with Jay Fisher has been a great experience. He is professional, friendly and consistently punctual, often arriving early. Whether I asked questions in person or sent one of my many text messages, he responded quickly and answered everything clearly. Jay has been extremely helpful throughout the insurance process. He answered our questions, arrived early before the insurer’s inspection, and prepared in advance (ladders and equipment) so he could assist the inspection team in any way possible. He really is knowledgeable and great at interacting with people. We are early in the process, but so far Jay and Ozark Mountain have been great. I will update when roof replacement is completed. I feel very blessed to have had the great customer service provided by Jay and the entire staff at Ozark Mountain roofing after a large tree interacted with my home in early June. Jay came immediately to assess the damage and assist with the insurance process. The crew showed up when they said they would and they got the job done, despite the insanely hot summer temperatures. Jay was super helpful! He was able to get our roof covered by insurance after they tried to deny our claim multiple times.
