I cannot recommend Jeff and One Call Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration highly enough! When our 12-year-old air handler's blower motor completely failed on a Saturday morning in the middle of a brutally hot and humid Arkansas August, I thought we were in for a miserable weekend. Because the exact motor had to be ordered when suppliers opened on Monday, he had the part in hand by Wednesday afternoon and was at my door first thing Thursday morning for the installation. He had the entire new motor installed in just one hour—the workspace was left spotless, and the service was beyond professional. From the Saturday emergency call to Thursday morning, there were absolutely zero delays in his timeline. Having a major AC repair completely sourced and resolved in just five days, over a weekend, during the peak of summer heat is almost unheard of. Jeff is a hardworking, local small business owner who takes immense pride in his craft, treats his customers with respect, and delivers top-tier work without any runaround. Excellent!!! Came out on 4th of July!! AC was not keeping up with the heat. Compressor went out and was back Monday in the heat to set us up with a new unit. Ours of 22 yrs finally broke down. So grateful for Jeff and his work in this heat to get us back up and running. Much appreciated and great work and communication.

I had a lot of questions about my HAVC system which is pretty complex. I have two different systems on three levels, and I wanted to know about adding a mini split on one level and swapping out ducting on another section. I was in a pickle. A/C went out Friday evening and I really didn’t want to wait until Monday or Tuesday to get air running again (90+ outside). Standout service. Jeff was awesome. He returned my call within 5 minutes and showed up to fix my A/C in about an hour. He was professional, came on a Sunday when it was 98 degrees out and my house had hit 85. His prices were also awesome. I will be using him in the future and referring him to friends.
