I have had such a great remodeling experience with O'Franco Roofing and Remodel. Edwin and his crews are the best ever. Communication is excellent, and he listens and supports through the entire project. Plus, he offers up great advice and opinions all along the way. I'm so glad I deferred to him on flooring choice and ceiling stain color. He did not steer me wrong. Then end result of my new bucket-list kitchen is amazing! Thank-you Edwin, to you, Anna and your son, and the kind, competent craftsmen who work their magic.

My wife and I bought a new house that needed a few things fixed along with some updating so we called O’Franco Roofing and Remodeling. Edwin came out to give us estimates on all of our projects individually, and he took the time to listen to our needs and didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t want. His team did gutter repair, drywall repair, and interior painting of our entire house. Each job was completed very professionally by skilled craftsmen and we are very satisfied with all of the work that was done. Now that the weather is warming up we will be calling them again for some fresh exterior painting and a few other things. I highly recommend O’Franco Roofing and Remodeling.

I truly cannot say enough good things about O’Franco. If you are looking for a company that combines elite-level skill with the personal touch of a dedicated small crew, look no further. Edwin, Jorge, and Charlie were an absolute dream to work with. I specifically wanted a company with a small, focused crew, and that is exactly what I got. Jorge and Charlie were at my home for several weeks redoing the entire exterior, and their presence was a pleasure. They were professional, respectful, and incredibly hard-working. The results are nothing short of breathtaking. While the photos show the "before and after" of the house, I wish I could post the videos of the back deck! It went from a small, rotting eyesore to a massive, beautiful outdoor living space. It honestly feels like a whole new room added to the house—there is so much space now, I’m still figuring out how to decorate it all! What impressed me most was their eye for detail and safety. They discovered that my previous deck had been built incorrectly and was actually compromising the house. Oh and also they managed to save a foundation beam that the old deck had been improperly attached to, likely preventing major structural issues down the road!!! I felt completely safe in their hands knowing they weren't just "covering up" problems, but actually fixing them! Renovating your entire home can be stressful, but I felt completely safe in their hands. Edwin is a communication pro; he answered every single phone call and walked me through all my "mini-questions" with patience and clarity. They didn't just repair my house; they completely transformed and secured it. If you want consistent communication, talented craftsmen, and total peace of mind, I highly recommend O’Franco.

100% satisfaction with O’Franco Roofing. Edwin was very pleasant to deal with. He kept in contact with us throughout recent repairs and patiently listened to our concerns before work began. Jorge and Charlie did excellent and professional work on rewrapping garage door frames and patio posts. They started when they said they would and all work was done timely. We will definitely call on Edwin in the future for any repairs or remodeling at our home.

Absolutely fantastic crew. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and all at a great price. Great craftsmanship and excellent construction standards. I know that our project was done right and will last. I highly recommend them!

I would not do business with these people....they did a remodel.. everything they did they had to come back and finish or redo it to get it right. He would take a list of like 10 things to fix. They would come and fix 2 things. Never finished the job. And ask for more money. Damaged a brand new kitchen stove, never made it right.. I had to fix it myself... bent and broke storm door, threw the parts away. Then wanted us to pay for a new one and they would put it in. Put new drywall on ceiling and said they would Shim it up to make it level. Then when they got it up they said they couldn't level or shim it? Used floor leveling material to level floor. It didn't work, so he said it didn't always work to level it? They said the job would take 1 to 2 months, it took 6 months and still never finished. They would work 2 or 3 days a week, and some weeks they never showed up. There was beer bottles and caps found around the house and in the trash.. also empty beer cartons found in the cabinets. The last thing they did was to put the louvers for the attic fan back in the ceiling, it doesn't open when you turn the fan on, needs adjustment. Again not finished.. this was a very stressful and long ordeal... there our so many things that are not finished and to numerous to list.. I have many pictures not sure where to post them.... also Edwin told me that I didn't like his company because they were Hispanic...that is racist.....why would I hire them if that were the case??? I will never ever do business with them again.... also were supposed to replace bathroom fan. They threw the cover to the old one away and left the old fan.....put in a new bath tub the lever to stop the drain to fill bath tub does not work???

Edwin and his crews were a delight to work with on our project. Articulate, polite, precise and trustworthy. When they said something it came to pass and put me at ease so I had zero stress during the process. I gave them five stars and they earned every one of them. I can’t recommend them enough and you can’t go wrong hiring them.

Phenomenal experience working with this roofing company! The process was very easy going and stress free. The team is very detail-oriented and got the job done well in a timely manner. I do not regret a single penny because now our home looks brand new. I highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking forward to roof renovations at an affordable and reasonable price point!
