Our front yard wooden gate was in poor condition. The planks were losing their nails and the lock and hinges were misaligned. So much so we had to kick the gate to close it. We called ACE Handyman to set up an appointment. An appointment was set up for the following day. Levi arrived promptly at 1 o’clock. Levi is a friendly, respectful and knowledgeable young man. After examining our gate, Levi said he could save us money by repairing our existing gate rather than replacing it. That is exactly what Levi did. He secured the planks and realigned the hinges so the gate would open and close easily. Levi also cut the bottom of the gate planks so the gate would slide smoothly across the bricks. He then realigned the lock set so the gate would close and open easily. We appreciate Levi’s honesty in saving us money by fixing the gate rather than replacing it. We also appreciate the Ace Handyman company that allows their service people to put their customers above profits. Because of Levi and the company, we will call on Ace Handyman to help us out with tasks in the future. We will also spread the word to our friends and neighbors.

Just had the most ugly phone call with these people I missed an appointment tried to reschedule but apparently I'm a waste of time so I would not recommend them

Hi Bryce. We appreciate you making us aware of this. We went back and listened to the calls. While our agent could've handled the call better, you didn't realize you had already spoke to us, so you did not try to reschedule. She also kept apologizing for her initial call. She did go ahead and review your project and provided you a quote. You said we were out of your price range. After this, she even gave suggestions of some places that may be more in your price range and where to get the skirting for your mobile home. We apologize we wern't able to assist.

Jeff was an excellent craftsman. Adjustment was a little more difficult than he had anticipated originally but he was able to get it done with just a little trial and error amd did an excellent job, took less than an hour, happy to pay a full hour rate for fine work.
