NWA Roof Masters

We had someone come and put in a bid on a roof repair we needed. After some back and fourth we agreed to have someone come out from this company. We were told that they would either take cash up front or cashapp only. This did not sound correct so I told him we would not be using his services. The written quote & such appears to have come from the company website. However when I called the phone number listed on google, it just goes to voicemail, and the mailbox has not been set up. *Update- 6/27/26; My wife has received a total of 3 emails to date from this contractor. Stating she would continue to receive multiple calls daily until this review was taken down. And has continually called and emailed, harassing in nature. His most recent email states he is giving me until Tuesday to remove this review or face legal consequences and the threat was made to have several people contacting my wife daily until this was resolved. My wife has began receiving an onslaught of telemarketing calls. Someone from this company has placed my wife’s email and phone number on a small business loan site that sells the information to whoever and they begin calling and emailing selling services. We now this because one on the telemarketers gave information as to how my wife’s information and my google name has been obtained and how it is being distributed fradulently. Apparently the owner of the company is now the person completing these emails and phone calls. The original person who did the estimate was an independent contractor, from what we understand. * To the owner of this company. Should my wife receive anything further, the complied information will be turned over to the authorities local to you and you can explain to them as to your reasoning for the harassment and the identity theft, based on impersonating another and giving personal information not belonging to you for the purpose of harassment and intimidation. Because this is being completed via the internet and over state lines, these are both felonies. One of which is classified as a federal felony.*

I had an excellent experience with NWA Roof Masters from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and completed the work on schedule. The quality of the craftsmanship was outstanding, and they left the property clean and organized when the job was finished. It’s hard to find contractors who combine great communication, fair pricing, and quality work, but NWA Roof Masters delivered on all three. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company. I’ll definitely use them again for any future roofing needs.

My house has had 2 old shingle roofs and a metal roof. Parker sent a crew and got it all done in 1 day. That is awesome and did it at a very reasonable price. We are very happy with the work done to replace our roof and gutters following the recent hail storms. My sister had her roof done by this company several months ago, so we immediately reached out to Trex when the storms were over. His crew was fast, efficient and did a wonderful job making sure my plants were safe, and no nails remained after the work was complete. Thank you!

NWA Roofmasters were fantastic to work with. From initial contact, negotiations, final contract, roof replacement (the installation crew were op notch) and final inspection! Highly recommend you contact them if you are needing a roof replacement. You won't regret it. Thanks NWA Roofmasters!

Parker is the man I talked with from beginning to end, this young man impressed me with his knowledge, straight forward answers. His team did an excellent job on my roof, and my roof was in bad shape. I was embarrassed to even show it. I would hire them again and would recommend them to any one who would ask. I cannot complain about the price!

Fast, honest, and dependable, with no overselling. The pricing was reasonable, and everything was cleaned up properly upon completion. The new roof looks great!
