They gave me a quote on my roof and I couldn't afford it, so I asked them to repair the leak and they refused. I asked that they at least come and remove the tarp they put down on my roof with nails. They never got back with me.

Hey Steven! Sorry you were displeased with the service. We came out to the home to do an emergency tarp service (for free) to keep the water damage from getting worse on your home. After successfully stopping the leak, we helped you with the insurance process. We met with the adjuster on the inspection twice and it was denied both times. The insurance refused to pay for the repairs. We then provided an estimate for a retail roof replacement as requested. You stated that you wouldn’t be able to afford it and demanded that we repair your roof, though your 3 tab shingles were too old and are not possible to repair to code. You then threatened a lawsuit if we did not fix your leak that insurance had determined was from a much older date than originally discussed. At that point we could no longer continue to perform any services for you. We hope you are able to get help with your home Steven.

Scott at Guerrilla Exteriors was incredible to work with. We got denied multiple times from our insurance company and we were recommended to go to two other roofing companies (neither being Guerrilla Exteriors). Scott stayed in touch throughout the process and was never pushy with getting involved. In the end, Scott is the only one that fought for us through the claim process. We ended up getting approved after 9 months of battling the insurance company. I would recommend Scott and Guerrilla Exteriors to anyone looking for a new roof, new gutters or home repair.

Unfortunately, we live in a world where roofs fail and insurers turn their backs. If you can't fight the elements you can't survive. My insurance company tried to leave me to the elements denying me the freedom of a secure home, but Guerrilla Exteriors didn't hesitate! They saw the quality and state of my roof and marched forward, fighting through bureaucracy to get me approved even when my insurance was ready to leave me helpless. If you want a contractor that will trample every obstacle in their path to get the job done then choose them. Now I can keep moving forward under a roof that actually holds.

I don’t trust people with my home easily… but these guys proved themselves. They showed up on time, worked hard, and didn’t cut corners—they truly made it their mission. They handled everything, even the insurance stuff, so I didn’t have to stress about it. The roof came out great, and the price was fair. I’d trust them again. Believe it!
