Miguel was dishonest with me. He pretended to fix my fridge, even had the right part (so he said). Told me to wait 3-4 hrs for the appliance to cool down . If any other problems to call him. Well he didn’t answer any calls. When my husband called him after a week, he said he would be by in an hr and never showed up. He took our money and even though we contacted better a business bureau, he never responded. The company that did a fantastic job and charged me much, much less asked who said they put a new part in? They said the part on their was not a new part. It had never been changed out.

If I could give a negative star, I would. He didn't even show up. I tried to call him, left a voicemail and he never called back. So, I don't have anything good to say about Miguel.

Great service and work. They were amazing at scheduling and communicating before, during, and after the job was done. Great rates and prices.

Friendly and knowledgeable.

Worked for me twice and has done a great job each time.

Cannot get them to respond to my phone calls have not finished the job I was quoted on just inconsistent

Guys don’t ever do business with Miguel. He rips people off by charging you and never comes back to complete the job. He did a job at one of my hotel for commercial washer drain and never came on the day the washer was going to be installed to finish the plumbing job. I texted him 3 days prior to let him know to come at 10:30 on the day washer was being installed and said he will come. On the day of installation he said he was in hospital with his wife and said will come after and never showed up said he was in isolation room nor he texted me. I will have my attorney send him letter and dispute his charge with my bank. Please keep all your texts for records as he will screw other people too. Never give him money until the job is done. He lies to everyone and screws people over.

Called Miguel and he was able to come over the same day to give me a FREE (not free at other places) quote. He also had the parts and was able to fix my washer the same day. Price was very reasonable and his service was top notch. I would refer his services to anyone in need.

Don’t ever do any business with this owner. I was hesitated to call Miguel(business owner) when I saw few people rated for 1 star; however, I want to give him a chance after talking to him on the phone with his reasons on internet rated. He showed up an hour late for appointment with excuse of phone dead. He fixed the stove controller on one of my rental with one year part warranty. After using it for less than a week, it stopped working and I called/texted him and left him voice massages, never ever got any response back. DO NOT GET HIS SERVICE!
