They have always been so nice and helpful. Worked with the pool cover company to help when the cover was destroyed after first year and got me a new one. Pools will always be expensive as I am learning and can’t ever account for that part. They fixed our pump and filter after the tornado and were very professional. They close our pool every year and the service guys never mind when I ask them questions just to learn more about my pool.

I took our pool cleaner which had suddenly stopped working into NW AR Pool and Spa. After running some tests and hearing a horrible noise he found a stick that apparently had gotten stuck. Because he said it didn't take him more than 15 minutes, he waved the fee we were expecting to pay. He was very honest and kind. The cleaner is now running perfectly and I couldn't be happier! Clean pool, happy wife! Highly recommend this wonderful company! Everyone was so nice!

I’ve have used them twice for hot tub repairs. Both times they were extremely professional, skilled and took care of the issues quickly. There is a reason they are in high demand. The fact they were able to squeeze me in during pool opening season speaks to their work ethic and customer value.

NWA Pool and Spa is the BEST, hands down!!! We are in our 4th season with a pool. I have used 3 different pool guys to open and close my pool and they have taken forever to get the pool balanced and clear and charged me way too much. We started using NWA pools last fall when we closed our pool. They came yesterday to open and for the first time since we got our pool, the water was actually blue instead of green!! They came back today and finished up. 2 days y’all!!! 2 days and our pool is ready to swim!!! Oh yeah, they were also significantly cheaper than everyone else. If you need a reliable pool company, NWA Pool and Spa is the way to go.

I called them, and they came back out promptly and repaired it under warranty. No hassle, no excuses — just solid, reliable service. Really appreciate companies that stand behind their work.
