Horrible customer service.

We value genuine customer input and feedback, but upon review of our records, it appears this review is from a solicitor who we simply declined to do business with, not a customer who used our services.

Working with Cory and the Megalodon Team was an absolute pleasure! They transformed our complex pool and backyard project into a stunning oasis. The craftsmanship on the travertine stonework—spanning the entire foundation, fire pit, and spa—is truly top-tier, with every detail executed beautifully. Cory’s expertise was invaluable, especially his recommendation to install the latest UV/Ozone filtration system, which has made a noticeable difference in water quality and the overall swimming experience for our family. We couldn't be happier with the results. Be sure to check out the final pictures!
