Aaron Johnson was the most pleasant unpretentious plumber I have seen in the last several years. Very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable asking questions knowing that I’d get a clear answer. Great customer service. Hope to see him again next time I use Mr Rooter. Give this man a raise!

Extremely easy to work with and very personable. Got a quote up front that included parts, labor, service call, etc. They are now my plumber of choice.

Easily scheduled an appointment online and they responded instantly. I was on their schedule for that same day. Tanner came quick, informed me on what the issue was, how he was going to fix it, and how much it would cost before he proceeded further. GREAT customer service, and definitely recommend Tanner and Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

The best plumbers in the state of Arkansas! I cannot say enough great things about Tanner and his Brother. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. I have found "THE" plumbing company that is no match to any other company here in North West Arkansas. They stand above the rest with their courtesy, understanding, and willingness to go the extra mile to help the customer. I would most definitely recommend Mr. Rooter for anyone and everyone that has plumbing issues. Thank you to all the crew that works at Mr. Rooter and especially for Tanner and his Brother. May God Bless the families and workers at Mr. Rooter.
