We had a great experience with Mr. Fix It Appliance Repair. We called because our dryer was not working properly. They responded quickly and got us scheduled. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They gave us a service window and arrived exactly when they said they would. Paul was knowledgeable, professional, and immediately made me feel comfortable that our appliance was in good hands. The repair was completed quickly, and Paul took the time to explain what was wrong, what he fixed, and answered all of my questions. Google search indicated he was local but when I call we discovered that he wasn't. He took the time to listen to what was wrong with our refrigerator told us exactly what part we needed and how to repair ourselves. I sent him a picture of our model number and he sent back a screenshot of the exact part we needed. I appreciate his help so much and wish that he was local so I could support his business.
