They briefed us on how the house would be a mess when they were done, however it was still a shock when we walked in. They did kill the bugs, but all the food in our pantry had to be thrown out. The heat caused a lot of damage to our home especially our kitchen and living room that was just recently remodeled. Some of our rustic wood furniture even split in multiple places from the heat.

He answered all my questions curteously ,was here at the day and time he said he would be, double- checked to make sure I had removed all items I was supposed to and called me when he was finished. There were no surprises and I felt like the service was great! And there is a 90 day warranty.

My bug problem had driven me past the point of frustration and depression. Threw away bed frames, mattresses, bleached whole house and bought every product available.. although I had put up a valiant battle I was defeated. Should have saved all the trouble and money calling these guys first. Sales rep was understanding and patient, especially appreciated his ability to translate my blabbering and forgiveness of my language. When the day came John showed up on time and answered all my questions. I got out of the way and turned him loose. Finished earlier than expected. WOW! Crispy bugs everywhere. Started sweeping them up singing a happy song and joy in my heart. Been a week and no sign of bugs anywhere. Here's some hints: follow the checklist to the letter. Declutter as you go. Any questions? Call them and they will talk you through it (again, the patience was amazing). Plan on day and a half for the house to cool down. Bring the thermostat down only a couple of degrees at a time to not overtax your A/C system (I didn't do this and had to have service out). Good luck fellow bug battlers, call these dudes for back up...you won't regret it.

John came to my house not even a minute late. He talked me through the procedure that was going to be done. Very professional company. Within hours he was done and my house was bedbug free. Will definitely be referring to friends. Prices are the best in town!

It just didnt work

John came just as scheduled and did a great job. Had a small mishap that wasn’t there fault but Mario still took great care of me on it. I will refer these guys to other people especially with the prices $100s less than the local companies. Also very discrete for those mosey neighbors that gotta be in your business. Thank You again.
