We’ve had a great experience with FLEX Pest Control. They are professional, dependable, transparent, and honest about the work they do. Communication is excellent, and I appreciate that they take the time to explain what they’re doing and address any concerns rather than just rushing through the service. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely seems to care about doing the job right. We’re very happy with FLEX and would absolutely recommend them! Zach was fantastic! He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. While completing our service, he noticed an issue and made a point to bring it to my attention, explain what he found, and let me know what he had done before leaving. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the extra effort he took to keep me informed. Great customer service and a wonderful representative for FLEX Pest Control!

I've been using Flex for a few months now. Very happy happy with the results. The mosquito treatment for the yard works amazingly.

A shout out to this company! We worked mainly with Oliver to take care of a bat issue within our fascia. He was great throughout the whole process and ensured it was completed in a safe & humane way and according to current Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC) regulations. Oliver’s communication was great and we loved his passion for wildlife!! Thank you Oliver - we appreciated everything you did!

Here are a few of the reasons it is easy to give 5 stars!! Great schedule options, on time appt., took time to answer questions!, cleared older webs outside, haven't seen any bugs since they were here! Great service and pricing!!

Professional, explained all the details and steps. Was able to get several wasp nest that had been a problem and did not affect any of the pollinator's He was very experienced and explained the information clearly
