We can’t say enough wonderful things about Dalber and his team at Leak Solutions & Roofing! What we initially thought was a small leak on our flat roof turned out to be a much larger issue once the wall and floor were opened up. Dalber and his team carefully assessed the problem, gave us several options, and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each so we could make the best decision for our home. They didn’t just stop the leak—they repaired the damage and added multiple layers of protection to make sure the problem was truly resolved. Then they went above and beyond by adding a metal roof over the area, transforming it into a wonderful new outdoor space where we can sit, relax, and enjoy nature. Throughout the entire project, they were hardworking, caring, trustworthy, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Leak Solutions & Roofing come into our lives. We started out needing a roof repair and ended up gaining friends. We wholeheartedly recommend Dalber and his team. They truly went above and beyond for us, and we couldn’t be more grateful!

Super professional and quick service, I had a sizeable piece of siding falling off the roof due to wind, and Leak Solutions took care of quickly and did an excellent job updating me along the way. Looks great, good as new and appreciate the service!

Do yourself a favor and call Leak Solutions & Roofing first. After calling several competitors for a few roof repairs, I called Leak Solution. They did not try to sell me a new roof like the other companies I called, they immediately told me they could fix it. They came out for the inspection and estimate within 1 day of texting them and the repairs were complete within 2 days of the estimate. They walked me through each repairs with before and after pictures. Shingles were matched perfectly. I appreciated their integrity, knowledge and transparency. The price for the repairs was also considerably lower their competitors. I highly recommend Leak Solutions & Roofing.

The workers showed up at 9am which what was agreed to and it was the hottest day and they stayed late to complete the job. They cleaned the job site, screws, nails, etc., just the way they found it. Very reasonable price. This is the best contractor we dealt with in the last 6 years. They put everything in writing and it was 100% completed to our satisfaction, highly recommend!
