We had our air conditioner replaced exactly one year ago - at least $8,000 dollars. Today - the unit stopped working. We called because it’s “under warranty” and were told Kinder is out of business. And here we are, with pets and an elderly person in 100+ degree weather. I don’t get angry often - but I have this feeling of being taken advantage of. It’s just sad a lot of companies just don’t care.

Excellent company and quick installation of 2 Samsung mini split heat pumps. One in shop and one in sun room. Fantastic & polite technicians! Thank you great job!!!!!!

Our unit was installed incorrectly (coil was installed upside down) and caused damage to to my wood floors as the water sprayed out to the likes of a pressure washer in the AC closet. We have been treated unfair and without a care at all for customer service. The project manager never was involved or responsive nor was he available to speak with us regarding our work. His voicemail is full and the office has no idea where he is or when he will be at work or even available for a phone call. I knew we had a problem when the technician stated he wished the installers had contacted him first. The company has never called to speak with us or to apologize for this disaster. The lack of interest on their part to make a resolution shows me all I need to know. Since I was forced to use the company, we had to embrace it & we can see how this turned out. Not sure what kind of business they are running, but this has definitely been a terrible experience. The office personnel are not helpful with updates and the lack of clear communication gets a grade F. I would be embarrassed to work with or be associated with such a difficult company.

I've always been impressed with Kinder's technicians (especially the young lady who came one spring) but the nicest so far was Gavin who came recently to check the heat for the season.

No issues. Options explained, efficient work, arrived on time. Been with Kinder for quite awhile and this has always been the case.
