One thing that's absolutely for sure and for certain with Kester's is no matter what, they will make it right. I made a mistake, huge mistake, I didn't understand, I miss communicated, and the owner Kevin called me from his personal cell phone, cleared everything up, did far more than he should have, his guys came out and went far above and beyond what any normal HVAC company would do. Kyle is super friendly and knowledgeable. This is a great family owned local company. I'll continue referring them to everyone I know

Drives like a jackass and goes 40 in an active school zone just to park a minute down the road. Business might be good, but hes gonna clip a few pedestrians along the way.

I had trouble with my air conditioning unit and I’m new to NWA, so I was worried about who I could contact that are trustworthy. I got recommend Kesters and I could not be more grateful! I reached out and their response time was incredible! Kyle and Casey came to help me, and did a good job explaining everything and they were so polite and the sweetest boys! They knew what they were doing and were really professional.I was so relieved they could help me. Would definitely recommend them😊🌸 five stars!
