J M I Innovative Constructions Experts LLC

Noah and his crew were communicative, polite, speedy, and professional throughout the entire process. They were very accommodating and made everything easy from start to finish. I highly recommend JMI!

We just finished a big remediation and storm damage repair project on our house. Noah and his team were able to do the entire project, so we didnt have to coordinate with multiple contractors for remediation and repairs - which was amazing. Noah really worked with us and helped us get the most out of our budget and went above and beyond. His entire team was a pleasure to work with and communication was efficient. It feels like we're moving into a whole new house! Very pleased with the results.

Noah and his team were very helpful with the tornado damage in 2024. Noah helped walk me through the paperwork and insurance issues.

Noah and his crew did a fantastic job! I'm an architect, so I see the full range of builder quality. We had a sagging header that was compressing the sliding glass door below. Noah came to my house the day after I contacted him. His crew got to work the next day, fully diagnosing the problem and replacing the header. Communication was constant, the pace was fast, and the price was fair. I will hire JMI for all of our future construction work and would recommend them to my clients as well.

They did so good I wish I could give them 10 stars! Such an awesome job! I'm over the moon on how they took my design and made it real! Will be contacting them again in the future for more remodeling!

They were very professional did a great job

We hired Noah and his team at JMI Construction for a full build-out of our veterinary clinic, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. From start to finish, the project was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and a genuine respect for our timeline and budget. Noah stayed true to his word—the entire build was completed on schedule and within the agreed-upon budget, which is incredibly rare in large-scale construction projects. Every detail, from layout and functionality to the final finishes, was thoughtfully executed to meet the specific needs of a veterinary practice. The crew was professional, courteous, and kept the site clean and organized throughout the process. Noah was always available to answer questions and provided regular updates, which kept the project moving smoothly and stress-free on our end. We’re thrilled with the final result. Our clinic looks fantastic, functions beautifully, and is a space we’re proud to welcome both clients and their pets into. We highly recommend JMI Construction to anyone looking for a trustworthy and capable contractor—and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with Noah again in the future.

Noah and his crew have completed all kinds of projects for me including insurance damage work, roofing, siding, basement remodel, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, paint, countertops, decking, and even landscaping 😃. Whatever kind of work you need, he can do it! Thank you so much for all of your help, Noah!

Very quick and dedicated work. JMI redid the stairs to my 20 ft high deck. They were very easy to work with and communicated the project well. My deck is now more sturdy than ever, and the stairs are now beyond safe to use. I would recommend JMI to anyone.
