Great experience with our remodel! Kept us up to date on what was happening and when. Reasonable timeline and great work!! Love our remodel!

I was referred to J Ark To build a deck. They did a good job, but there were some problems. The reason J Ark is five stars is because they worked with me to fix every problem. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them as well.

Jeff and his team did a good job with remodeling our game room. They did framing work, decking, electrical, insulation, drywall, painting, installation of cabinets and shelving after some storm damage. We are really happy with the work they did. J-Ark’s estimate was transparent, communication was good with weekly and daily email updates and text messages. They really came through when we were having trouble finding quality construction companies after the May ‘24 storms.

Over the years we have hired J-Ark Building Professionals multiple times to do general contract projects around our home. Jeff is a great guy who hires skilled and trusted contractors to work with. The most recent projects we hired J-Ark for were creating extra storage space in a closet via the attic and replacing old worn wood shingle siding with Hardie board siding. The closet work was phenomenal! The size was amazing and even with some unexpected snags to the project, it came out perfectly! The color match was perfect and the sheet rock doesn't look like any work was done at all!! The siding was recently finished and looks amazing! The color is exactly as expected and matches the other wood items we already have on our property. I love that we went with the prefinished product so we won't need to upkeep with regular paint/stain every few years. Thank you, Jeff, for being a reliable and trusted source of help in maintaining our home! When we don't know how or have the skill, Jeff and his team are there to do the job right! We will certainly use them again if future projects arise.

J-ARK was the general contractor on our total home remodel. We were impressed by several things: 1. Accurate estimates - no surprises on what it cost 2. Help to hit budget - creative thinking and flexibility to get us where we needed to be 3. Trustworthiness - Jeff and his team did what they said they were going to do, time and time again 4. Customer-first mindset - J-ARK did not stop until we (the customers) were happy We are glad we partnered with Jeff and his team. Love our new (to us) home and would recommend J-ARK to our own friends and family.

I’ve worked with Jeff and his team on multiple projects in Bentonville, Fayetteville, and Rogers. They are a skilled group of professionals who make old spaces look new and amazing. Highly recommend these folks.

J-ARK did amazing work on our master bath remodel and kitchen update. The J-ARK team and all of the subcontractors were professional and great to work with. They listened to what we wanted, offered suggestions, and kept us up to date on progress throughout the project. All aspects of the job, from planning and material selection to invoicing was clearly communicated. Highly recommend this great team!
