Competitive pricing and genuinely easy to work with. My first order was for bathroom shower tile, and Adam handled everything — coordinating delivery so I could pick it up at the warehouse, which was simple to get to and just as easy to work with. I later went back for more tile for a fireplace project, and that second order was just as smooth as the first.

The website says they are open. Drove out of my way to come here only to find out the work hours posted at the door say they are open but there’s no one there, doors are locked and no one answers the phone. Very poor business practice.

After our water heater failed. We hired Northwest Restoration to put our home back together. After 9 months we noticed our floors buckling and breaking at the seems. We contacted NW Restoration who denied responsibility and said we were out of their warranty. We had purchased our LVP product from then Gary's, and began working with Flooring Liquidators to resolve the flooring that was pealing up. Our original contact at Flooring Liquidators initially just avoided our calls and only responded when we stopped by the store in person and said he was working on it. After 7 months and that manager leaving Flooring Liquidators they informed us that he had never taken the steps to investigating our flooring failing. We finally were put in tough with Flooring Liquidators based in California. We spoke with a pleasant representative who was very responsive until their third party investigator determined that it was the fault of the installer, Northwest Restoration. We had several follow up requests regarding their help with replacing part of our flooring and they eventually ghosted us and just stopped responding to our calls and emails. We were pleasant throughout this one year run around, and just asked for any help we could get from them realizing that no one was going to take responsibility for our flooring that only lasted 9 months. The fault for our flooring failure is likely with NW Restoration but Flooring Liquidators customer service is very bad and there are plenty of other options to consider who may actually stand by their product, Flooring Liquidators does not.

I have used this company for three separate properties. The first two were rentals and the carpet was “stock” . Both of those went without a hitch. I decided to use them for a personal home project and selected custom carpet that needed to be ordered. The first part of the installation was fine, but we were painting so the stairs couldn’t be installed right away. When the installer came to do the stairs, (a different installer) it was found that there was not enough carpet left for the project. There is also a floor plug that was cut too big. It has now been more than two weeks and I still don’t have carpet on my stairs. No install has been scheduled.

Very sub par experience from their sales person Tyler Meek to the installers. Told me there was a rebate I’d get back and I’ve been waiting since October. I’ve reached out several times and still no actual answer or help. Would not recommend to anyone, wayyy too expensive for the headache

Store manager Randy was the most knowledgeable and kind salesperson I have ever met. He guided us through the renovation process every step of the way and communicated every detail of our very complicated job; tile take up, hardwood installation, carpet and baseboards…. I would give 10 stars if I could! In our 50 years of marriage, my husband and I have never dealt with anyone better.

I have used Gary's Floor & Home 4 different times in 3 years. For carpet, vinyl , and laminate. You can not ask for a better company! The sales manager Randy is caring and patient and provides fair and competitive pricing. Their team of installers are hard working and always professional, on time, and excellent at what they do.
